Together, Blake and Black Summit Group’s CEO bring a combined 13+ years of experience across construction procurement and account management. Blake built his career managing a multi-million dollar portfolio of national accounts, building lasting partnerships with decision-makers and closing tens of millions in cumulative revenue. Black Summit Group’s CEO has managed over $100 million in hospitality and multifamily new construction, working directly with brands including Hilton, Marriott, and Choice Hotels, and brings six years of experience in construction-related purchasing and material management. That combined experience — a track record of building meaningful partnerships, paired with hands-on construction procurement — is what lets Black Summit Group source and price finish packages competitively for GCs and ownership groups.
